X1 Ultra is a WiFi-enabled PTZ camera from BirdDog with 12x optical zoom and UHD resolution. It comes with a built-in NDI decoder, designed specifically for confidence monitoring, returns, or use with teleprompters. This allows all mentioned features to be enabled through just one cable.
Of course, the camera is NDI-capable and, thanks to NDI|HX3 compression, it does not overload the network while maintaining excellent image quality. Whether for live events, in dynamic environments, on the hunt, or in sports: thanks to the AI tracking technology, the camera intelligently tracks every subject in real time.
Designed for live productions, the PTZ camera also features a highly visible tally light. The E-Ink label allows for network address capturing for control access and customizable logos to support any brand image. Thanks to this feature, each camera can be identified even when powered off. In addition to WiFi functionality, the X1 Ultra also features regular Ethernet with PoE.
The camera is available as the X1 with 20x zoom in HD and the X1 Ultra with 12x optical zoom in UHD.
