Ikan International is a leading provider of studio infrastructure solutions, specializing in systems that simplify broadcast workflows.

The US-based company was founded in 2005 in Houston, Texas, and began with monitors and teleprompters. Today, its portfolio includes more than one thousand products—among them studio lighting, gimbals, camera support systems, teleprompters, and accessories for both studio and field production. In 2018, the brand underwent a major rebranding with a new message and the tagline "because we’re filmmakers too," underscoring the fact that its employees are experienced filmmakers themselves.

Ikan offers a broad range of professional video equipment designed for efficient workflows and seamless integration into existing infrastructures.

A key highlight is the Lyra PoE Studio Lighting Series, which transmits power and control signals via a single Ethernet cable. This reduces installation time and enables centralized, network-based control.

Another standout is the Aura NDI IP Prompting Solutions, which receive content directly over IP and can be integrated into workflows without additional cabling.

The portfolio is further complemented by studio lighting, camera support systems, traditional teleprompters, and IP-based technologies. Ikan products support broadcasters, content creators, and production facilities worldwide.
