The Aputure Light Storm 600x Pro is the latest member of the LS-600 series of LED spotlights. The light has a 600W Bi-Color chipset with the ability for extremely precise color mixing. It uses the same form factor and design as the LS 600d Pro, the same control box user interface and Bowens Mount compatibility, but brings a variable color temperature (2700-6500 K) as well as a light output of 18510 lux at 3 meters with an F10 Fresnel.
With a maximum power consumption of only 720 watts, the LS 600x can replace compact HMIs and tungsten lights on set. The LS 600x Pro draws its advantages from the - with traditional filament lights - low power consumption of an LED and can be operated by its battery plates or the 48V 3-pin XLR input via V-Mount, Gold-Mount or block batteries.
Designed for professional work, the weatherproof design of the LS 600x Pro allows use in light rain or water mist. It also has an intuitive control interface with an advanced LCD, Sidus Link App control, LumenRadio Wireless DMX and Ethernet control.
Through the 600W Bi-Color chipset, the weatherproof design and the versatile control methods - including LumenRadio, Ethernet and 5-Pin DMX512 - the LS 600x Pro is suitable for professional cinematographers and lighting technicians who need a modifiable Hard Light or Soft Light that offers both exceptional light output and flexible color temperature. The LS 600x Pro embodies all the advantages of the LS 600d Pro and uses the same technology as the LS 300x, making it one of the few Bi-Color LED lights with Bowens Mount that are compatible with optical modifiers such as Fresnels, Spotlights. This makes it a full-fledged addition or replacement for traditional filament lights on film sets. In addition, it is compatible with the same accessories as the LS 600d Pro and thus fits perfectly into your existing setup of LS-600 lights and Aputure accessories. With its multi-voltage battery plates and DC inputs, the LS 600x Pro offers flexibility in power supply and can even serve as a charger for cine batteries, improving the workflow of every lighting technician on set.
