The Amaran COB 60x S is a compact, 65W powerful Bi-Color LED spotlight with integrated control, versatile power options, and a Bowens mount. With its very high color quality, all-in-one design for convenient operation, and versatile power supply options, the Amaran COB 60x S is ideal for on-the-go use.
Thanks to the new dual-blue LED chipset, the COB 60x S offers even better spectral reproduction with a very high SSI (Tungsten) of 90, SSI (D56) of 87 – an SSI increase of 17.5% compared to the previous model. The color rendering is very accurate with elevated values for CRI [96], TLCI [97], TM30 RF [96], and TM-30 RG [100]. Due to the universal Bowens mount, the Amaran COB 60x S is compatible with numerous common light modifiers, including the Light Box 45x45, the Light Dome SE, the Light Dome Mini II, and the Aputure Lantern. This makes this LED spotlight an extremely versatile multi-tool. Additionally, the COB 60x S can be supplemented with an umbrella on an included tilt stand.
Thanks to its slim design, the Amaran COB 60x S is as compact as a camera. In combination with the Hyper Reflector (Mini), its powerful LED offers an illumination intensity of up to 33,300 lux at 1 meter. The intuitive LCD display seamlessly integrates into the housing, as does the control knob, which allows you to easily adjust the brightness in 1% increments or switch between brightness presets.
The integrated Sidus Mesh technology allows the COB 60x S to be wirelessly controlled via the Sidus Link App. This includes the nine lighting effects: Paparazzi, Fireworks, Lightning, Faulty Bulb, TV, Pulse, Strobe, Explosion, and Fire. Power is supplied via the included AC adapter, alternatively via the included dual Sony NP-F battery plate or a D-Tap battery (D-Tap power cable sold separately), which is attached to the V-mount quick release on the device side.
The COB 60x S is the ideal light for on-the-go use. It can also be used with the separately available hand grip, which is mounted on a 1/4-20-inch mount point.
