BirdDog have just reinvented their whole PTZ range, by launching the X1, X1 Ultra, X4 Ultra, and the X5 Ultra. Now that you have these brillant cameras at your disposal, how do you go about rigging them? Well, we have some options for you:
For the X1 and X1 Ultra models, BirdDog offer bespoke Wall and Ceiling Mounts to help you properly set up your studio and get the shots from any angle you might want. Like all the cameras, these mounts are of course available in black or white.
For the other models, dedicated mounts will be available shortly. In the meantime, feel free to use the (older) P100/P200 or P4K wall mounts, or the P100/P200 ceiling mounts, which are compatible with the X5 Ultra.
Also, please not that for the X4 Ultra, optional Wi-Fi receivers have been announced to boost your performance. These receivers will allow for the pairing of up to four X4 cameras with one base station for a more reliable signal. Stay tuned!
