The Wooden Camera 15mm LWS Handgrip Kit includes a 15mm LWS Crossbar, 6” Extensions, Rosette Handgrips and Color Rings. All the elements of this kit are manufactured with 7075 Aluminum, ensuring they will maintain strength under the toughest shooting scenarios.
The 15mm LWS Crossbar was uniquely designed to stay attached to the 15mm LWS rods even while the camera is mounted to an ARRI standard dovetail. This saves time and prevents the hassle of removing the crossbar when transitioning between handheld and tripod setups. This Crossbar includes 32mm pivoting rosettes to adjust arm positioning to and from the camera.
Two lightweight 6” extensions feature a pentagonal design to maintain structure and strength during high-stress shooting situations. Each extension incorporates a 5-degree offset allowing the full kit units to fold down for storage and 32mm rosettes take the industry standard M6 screws to tie in rosette accessories. ¼”-20 and ⅜”-16 mounting points are added along the center of the extension for attaching accessories like monitors.
Unique to this collection of accessories are the ODI BMX-style Handgrips. The grips are constructed from a compound TPE material and feature a large padded design, providing all-day comfort and long-lasting durability.
Each Knob in this kit is made from stainless steel and coated in DLC for added strength with finger grooves for easy tightening. The Knobs have a hole in the center for a 3/16” or 4mm hex tool for extra tightening if needed.
8 color rings (red, blue, green, and yellow) are included to customize your setup and/or instantly identify between your camera ID like A, B, C, or D cameras.
